The Klikteren mobile app is for players - you book courts, invite friends and manage your slots there. The website is primarily a dashboard for venue owners and their staff. You can browse venues and courts on the website, but player bookings are made through the app.
Download the Klikteren mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, sign up with email, a Google account or Apple ID, and complete a basic profile (name, phone, date of birth, city). Then pick a city, sport, date and time slot - you confirm the booking in a few taps.
The app is available for iOS and Android under the name Klikteren. Store links are available on the website home page and in the footer.
Yes. You can sign in to the mobile app with the same account you use for the owner dashboard and book a slot just like any other user.
A booking can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the slot starts, from the app (My bookings → details → Cancel). A maximum of 5 cancellations per 24 hours is allowed per account. No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in penalty points on your account and booking restrictions.
Payment is made exclusively on site at the venue - Klikteren does not charge players and does not process any payments. The price shown in the app (RSD/hour) is indicative; the specific payment method (cash or card) is arranged with the venue.
Players can book slots several months in advance, depending on the rules set by each venue. Owners and staff have extended booking windows for future reservations through the owner dashboard.
In the app you select 1, 2 or 3 consecutive hours within the same slot. For longer bookings or regular (recurring) reservations, arrange with the venue - owners can create recurring bookings from their dashboard.
Yes. In the app you can send friend requests or share an invite link. Once you're friends, you can add co-players directly to your bookings. Every participant in a slot receives confirmations and reminders.
Yes. The app sends a push notification before the slot. We also send confirmations when a booking is created or cancelled, and notifications when someone adds you as a co-player.
We add venues to the platform ourselves. Visit the Become a Partner page or email us at partner@klikteren.com - we create the venue and owner account, and you complete the details, photos, courts, opening hours and pricing in the owner dashboard.
An owner can invite team members (reception, management) as venue staff. Staff get access to the venue's calendar and can manage bookings, but cannot access reports, venue settings, photos or the list of courts. Invites are sent by email from the owner dashboard.
